Our Foundations

Gather Family Church is affiliated with the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification.

FFWPU was founded by Rev. and Mrs. Sun Myung Moon. At the age of 16, Rev. Moon met Jesus on Easter Sunday while in prayer on a mountaintop in Korea. Since then, he has dedicated his life together with his wife to bring about World Peace. It has become the fastest growing movement in the lifetime of its Founder and inspired people of all different races, religions and cultures around the world to come together in unity as One Family Under God.

We follow the teachings of the Bible and Divine Principle written by Rev. Moon, which seeks to unlock applicable life lessons from the Bible, God's History & Eastern Philosophy. We believe that God is a loving Parent who continuously longs to bring His children back home to Him.

Gather is a contemporary Family Church rooted in our traditions and history, lived out and applied in a way that is relevant to today's culture and generation.
